During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly — we appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our quality standards.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


Signature & High-Value Orders

For high-value orders, Hayden Cherouny reserves the right to require signature upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is:

  • Delayed

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged upon arrival

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Hayden Cherouny is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Pre-order or made-to-order items may have extended processing times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise requested.
